Wholesale prices are only available to qualified resellers who plan to resell the items on their website or in-store. 

Selling our Items
Patricia Govea Collection products may not be sold or advertised on any website for less than the prices listed on our website.
Discounts and sale campaigns on specific moments in the year are okay.

All pricing shown on our website are in USD. Prices are only available to qualified resellers who plan to resell the items on their website or in-store. Promotional or volume orders do not qualify for wholesale pricing but would qualify for a discount.
All pricing is based on Ex works, Escvdo will pack and arrange to deliver the products at a determined location, and “the buyer” will cover for the shipping costs.

Since our wholesale price list have a very significant discount, we do not offer any additional discounts or promotions you might see in our online store.

First order: US$5000
Re-Order Minimum: US$3500

Payment Terms:
All orders are confirmed after the 30% prepayment of the total order. All orders must be completely paid upfront prior to shipment. The buyer must cover their own bank account charges. We accept payments through our Paypal and by a wire transfer.

We ship all items from our main office in Jalisco, Mexico.
The shipping charges quoted will be confirmed by the office based on volume and weight of your total order. 
All items are shipped by DHL Express based on volume and weight. All shipments are sent Monday through Friday, unless it's a public holiday in which case, orders will be sent out before or after this day. 
We are not responsible for any errors made by DHL.  However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email, please contact us & we will provide directions on how to file a claim with DHL.
If you have your own shipping business account, please contact us and let us know.

Each garment is carefully packed and tagged with our hang tags. Each product is placed in a plastic bag individually. 

Private Label & Copyright
All Items purchased from Patricia Govea Collection are under trademark protection & must display the Patricia Govea Collection name.  Under no circumstances may you sell our products under any other name, or reproduce our designs.

If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a partial refund, as we will consider a  $200 USD administrative expenses.

Please note, once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it or refund.

Order Changes
Due to processing time & inventory availability, we cannot honor change requests to orders after purchase. Please make sure to carefully review your order before submitting it. 

Once payment has been received, you will be contacted right away. Our delivery window dates may vary per collection and also per the selection of your order.

Receiving our your order
All items are quality checked before they are shipped. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact me within 7 days if there are any missing or damaged items. Returns, exchanges, or refunds on damaged items will not be considered beyond this timeframe.

Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us right away if you’re unhappy with the products received. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot refund money.
However, we can offer you a swap or a note credit on your next order only if the items have arrived damaged or are flawed in some way. 

We will provide you with a pack shot - editorial and product pictures for you to promote our products in your store, social media/online.
We just ask that you not alter the pictures in any way & please link them to our social media outlets.
